Lately, I’ve been doing some things to reduce stress. I’d like to share these things with you and also share why I am doing this.
I did it again. 🤦🏾♂️ I allowed stress to make my heart go a-fib last week. 4th time in my life! It went normal after s couple days rest and relaxation. How many times do I have to learn the same lesson? I have to get rid of my arrhythmia attitude.

I have to be honest. I have been living very well lately. Very clean. It’s almost scary what can happen when you decide to stop destructive behavior and focus on positivity and health.
