I went vegan! (sort of)

IMG_0556I have been doing some research on the benefits of going vegan.  I have to be honest, it’s not about the animals or the environment, it’s all about my health.  So now, I’m trying it.  I’d love to do this until Thanksgiving, but I decided to do a two week test and see how I feel.  So far, I have had some shocking results. Read on for my thoughts, as I begin week 2.

How I feel after 17 lbs. of weight loss. Reinventing myself.

IMG_0500I am still here.  I just finished a summer vacation, followed by some “catch up” time at work.  I have also been staying healthy.  Working out and eating properly.  I’m currently down about 17 lbs.  I want to focus on how I “feel” today.

A month after my emergency room visit and I feel great.

IMG_0489I have to be honest.  I have been living very well lately.  Very clean.  It’s almost scary what can happen when you decide to stop destructive behavior and focus on positivity and health.  It doesn’t take that long and it’s pretty simple.  Here’s what that looks like for me.  (No, I’m not the guy in the picture, but I feel how he looks)

Stress leads to personal inventory and change.
