You’ve all been there… At the end of your rope with no hope. Delaying what you feel is inevitable, with futile attempts to stay relevant to your goal. As you hang in the balance and your mind shifts towards giving up, to save yourself the embarrassment of failure, there’s one more thing you should try…
We can draw up the best plans in the world. The x’s and o’s can be in the perfect position. We can think of ways to proactively avoid traps and snares in almost any situation, save a natural disaster. And we can even plan for those. Yet, unless we have this, we’ll fail every time.
I hear a lot of people saying “I’m woke”, but what does it really mean?
Being a winner is such an “on purpose” thing. It’s a habit and a mindset. Winning takes practice, persistence, faith and focus. It’s not going to happen by accident. There are many people out here working very hard to ensure you don’t have accidental success.
That’s why things worth having are hard to attain. You don’t accidentally come in first place. People don’t accidentally complete the project. Teams don’t accidentally win championships. These things take concentrated effort and sacrifice.
As a boss in the middle, you have to remember that no one is going to give you anything. You need to go hard. You need to go wisely.
You can only trust God 100%, so keep Him first!
